Job summary

HalfPrice Europe Belgium VOF is seeking a detail-oriented operations coordinator to support Belgium stores. The role focuses on coordinating store operations, liaising with contractors, and preparing regulatory documents for the French market.

You will assist in onboarding new contractors, oversee store openings, approve invoices for Belgium, and provide language support across departments in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position - retail industry experience welcome.
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage), Polish nice to have
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (essential)
• Very good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal departments and external contractors
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work on-site
