H&M Group Belgium is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional service, and create an inspiring store atmosphere. You will collaborate with the Store/Concession Manager to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

You will supervise daily operations, train new staff, and act as brand ambassador. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with full-time 35 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fashion environments preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead by example.
• Clear, confident, empathetic communication with customers and team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-level customer service with styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with management to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Cover Store/Concession Manager duties when needed.
