Aufgaben

• Process and check pre-invoicing for terminal activities.
• Verify that all services are properly registered for invoicing.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up.
• Process, check and correct terminal bookings.
• Ensure documents and references are linked to the correct file.
• Maintain an overview of outstanding files.
• Report discrepancies to the Terminal Manager in a timely manner.
