XLR sa is seeking an Area Sales Representative for the Flemish region from Wemmel to drive growth across Flanders. You will promote a portfolio of professional audio, lighting and audiovisual solutions, develop new business, and nurture relationships with integrators, rental companies and installers.

You will travel regularly to engage customers and partners, working with the Wemmel-based team to reach commercial goals.

Formación

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in AV/IT or related tech industries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to travel regularly across Flanders to visit customers and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Flanders.
• Promote and sell our portfolio of audio, lighting and audiovisual solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with system integrators, rental companies and installers.
• Monitor market trends and expand XLR presence across the Flemish region.
• Participate in trade shows, demos, and training to showcase products.
