EXMAR Ship Management in Antwerp seeks a Fleet Personnel Coordinator to manage crewing for the fleet, ensuring vessels are staffed with qualified and medically fit crew in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate crew planning, rotations, recruitment support, training needs, leave and data records, budgets, and audits, while maintaining strong communication with vessels, Manning agencies and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in crew or personnel planning.
• Familiarity with STCW certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French or Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate crew planning and ensure vessels are manned with qualified, experienced and medically fit crew.
• Identify crew planning gaps and coordinate recruitment, selection, induction and onboarding.
• Coordinate crew rotations, changes and relief planning with vessels, teams and manning agencies.
• Provide operational support to vessels and Personnel Officers, including sick leave follow-up and emergencies.
• Coordinate crew evaluations, debriefings and training needs with the Training & Development team.
• Monitor crewing guidelines, support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee crew contracts, data records, leave administration and crewing administration.
• Support crewing budget preparation and monitoring, including budget meetings and invoicing.
