Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional à la carte service at a five-star luxury resort. You will provide warm, personalized guest experiences, confidently present menus, and upsell beverages and menu items while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

Fluency in English and Russian is essential; previous fine dining and knowledge of premium wines and cocktails are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant within a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Fluency in English and Russian is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good understanding of Mediterranean, Eastern European, and Japanese cuisine.
• Strong understanding of fine wines, international cocktails, and premium spirits.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional à la carte food and beverage service in accordance with resort standards and procedures.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to ensure an outstanding guest dining experience.
• Present menus confidently, explain dishes, and recommend suitable food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, exceeding expectations through proactive service.
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling of menu items, daily specials, premium wines, and spirits.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments using POS systems and hotel management applications.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and resolve promptly.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards of dining areas, table settings, menus, and service stations.
• Support the smooth operation of the restaurant by carrying out opening, service, and closing duties.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and hygiene.
