Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa seeks an attentive Waiter/Waitress to deliver warm, personalized service in a luxury dining environment. You will welcome guests, take and communicate orders, and ensure flawless presentation and timing of meals.

Ideal candidates have proven guest-facing experience in five-star settings, excellent English and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage reservations in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or guest-facing role in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all orders are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards, while ensuring proper presentation and timing.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and proactively attend to requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.
• Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area
• Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience

Job Description
