Satispay in Europe seeks a FinCrime Analytics Engineer to drive data strategy and elevate risk decision-making by ensuring analytical data is readily available, well-structured, and aligned with operational needs.

You will design data models, build scalable pipelines, and enable self-service analytics for key stakeholders, using SQL, Python and modern tools like dbt, Airflow, and Spark.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Big Data and ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Nice to have: Experience with Feature Stores, Graph Databases, and ML engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design data architecture and data models; build scalable pipelines aligned with federated data strategy.
• Ensure collection of high-quality data and manage high-volume batch processing for dashboards and models.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for data transformation and exploration, enabling self-service for stakeholders.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives, translating insights into data model improvements and actions.
• Develop high-value features to populate the feature store with optimized code for large data volumes.
• Simplify complex data models into clear relations; optimize SQL queries for performance and quality.
