Summ.link BV is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Fraud Detection to design and optimize AI-driven fraud solutions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to translate complex financial crime challenges into scalable models and analytics, driving improvements in detection and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes production-grade ML, data exploration, and proactive fraud strategy development within a dynamic financial AI environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Data Science.
Proven experience in fraud detection, risk analytics, financial crime, or related domains.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or distributed data processing environments.
Strong background in machine learning and advanced statistics.
Experience with anomaly detection, graph analytics, network analysis, or behavioral analytics.
Experience deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production.
Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and continuously improve fraud detection models.
Analyze large volumes of transactional and customer data to uncover fraud patterns.
Apply machine learning, anomaly detection, graph analytics, and behavioral analytics techniques.
Perform feature engineering, data enrichment, and data preparation to maximize model performance.
Investigate new fraud schemes and proactively develop detection strategies.
Collaborate with Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
Translate business challenges into scalable analytical and AI-driven solutions.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance.
Contribute to growth of AI-driven decision-making in the organization.
