Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial follow-up across R&D, SG&A and Cash activities. You’ll collect data, prepare budgets and reports, monitor costs and ensure correct cost recording, working with controllers and cross-functional teams.

You should hold a master’s in finance/economics and have hands-on Power BI experience with AI-enabled reporting, plus fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in finance, controlling, audit or accounting.
• Advanced Power BI expertise and understanding of AI technologies for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, structured work style and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collect, check and consolidate financial data for reports.
• Help prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly reports with presentations.
• Monitor costs and analyze variances vs budget.
• Produce financial overviews and recurring finance reports.
• Support R&D project financial follow-up and cost allocation.
• Contribute to improving financial reports, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance and business.
