Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the finance team with the financial follow-up of our R&D, SG&A and Cash activities. You collect and validate financial data, prepare reports and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

You will report to the Finance & Cost Manager and collaborate with controllers and colleagues across departments. You value accuracy, are fluent in English and Dutch, and combine Power BI expertise with AI awareness to automate processes and improve financial

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in finance, controlling, audit or accounting.
• Strong Power BI skills and understanding of AI tech for dashboards.
• Good analytical skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and proactive team player.
• Clear communication across departments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Collect, check and consolidate financial data.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly reports with presentations.
• Monitor costs and analyse deviations from budget.
• Prepare financial overviews and recurring reports.
• Support the financial follow-up of R&D projects and cost allocation.
• Contribute to improving financial reports, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with controllers and cross-functional teams.
• Present insights to management.
