YER Belgium is seeking a Finance Talent Consultant to combine sales, recruitment and finance in one role. You will build and manage a client portfolio, nurture relationships and seek new business opportunities while guiding finance professionals towards long-term project roles.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with master's in economics or related field, or 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English.

Your role

As a Consultant, you combine sales, recruitment and finance in one role.

• You will build your own client portfolio, maintain existing relationships and framework agreements, and actively look for new business opportunities.
• You will get to know your clients, understand their challenges and work with them to find the right Finance & Accounting professionals for their projects.
• You will also guide professionals with a financial and/or accounting background towards challenging, long-term projects. You will get to know their ambitions, advise them on your next career step and connect them with the right opportunities.
• You are not just filling vacancies. You are building long-term relationships, developing your own client portfolio and helping people move forward in their careers.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset and the ambition to grow within recruitment and consultancy.

You could be a recent graduate (entry-level) with a master's degree in an economics-related field. Or you may have 1 to 3 years of professional experience and be ready for a new challenge and a different direction in your career.

You are fluent in either French and English or Dutch and English.
