Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience within Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a similar financial environment.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, business applications, and process optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
• Able to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication with finance and technical teams.
