Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Reporting Manager in Brussels to own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will establish data governance, monitor data quality and automate reporting and reconciliation processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires a Master's in Finance or related field, solid experience in financial reporting, and familiarity with SAP and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, controlling, finance systems or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of closing, planning, consolidation and reporting processes.
• Experience with SAP and performance management/reporting tools is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, international and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies.
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting.
• Establish data governance and reporting controls across finance systems.
• Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and improve data reliability.
• Automate reporting, reconciliation and control processes.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
• Support reporting tool migrations and finance transformation projects.
• Partner with Finance, IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
