Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Finance Reporting Manager in Brussels to own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies. You will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and establish data governance across finance systems.

You will automate reporting, support tool migrations and finance transformation projects, collaborating with Finance, IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with closing, planning, consolidation and reporting processes.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, international and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain financial data, reporting structures and hierarchies.
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting.
• Establish data governance and reporting controls across finance systems.
• Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and improve data reliability.
• Automate reporting, reconciliation and control processes.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
• Support reporting tool migrations and finance transformation projects.
• Partner with Finance, IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
