Bpost in Brussels is seeking a Finance Manager to drive complex process improvements across the Service Line and GSO. You will supervise file and case management, ensure legal compliance, and help optimize data quality and supporting IT tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of accounting experience, strong IAS/IFRS knowledge, and fluency in English with Dutch or French. The role offers hybrid work and a competitive package in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance (Accounting) and 4–5 years of accounting experience in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS and local regulations.
• Excellent command of Oracle Cloud and Excel; proficient with ERP systems.
• Fluency in English with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Analyze highly complex end-to-end processes and propose procedural improvements.
• Coordinate internal and cross-functional improvement projects within the Service Line.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal documentation and data quality.
• Supervise file and case management and support management of tasks.
• Advise on tools and IT applications used by the Service Line.
