Bentley Systems is hiring a Finance Assistant for the Master Data Team in an international setting (Ireland/Poland). The role focuses on data integrity in supplier/customer records, expense verification in Navan, and lease accounting support within a global team.

Training and collaboration are emphasized. The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree and at least three years of experience in master data processes, with English proficiency and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• At least three years in a finance role with Master Data Management.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience with Workday and Navan is a real advantage.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) knowledge is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage Master Data in Workday: create, update, and deactivate supplier and customer records.
• Verify documentation for new supplier onboarding and changes to master data.
• Process and approve expense reports in Navan in line with policies.
• Support Lease Accounting updates, schedules, renewals, and amendments.
• Handle email inquiries and problem-solving related to the activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, managers, and teams via Teams or in person as needed.
