Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Executive Team with high‑quality financial management, reporting and analysis in an international setting. You will lead reporting cycles, deliver shareholder materials, and provide insights to senior leadership in English and Mandarin.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, ensure IFRS compliance, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning in a fast‑paced, matrix organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.

• Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency.
• Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by providing high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis within an international business environment. The role will play a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner, delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. They will also have deep knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within Chinese culture and protocol.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.
