Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the Executive Team, delivering high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis in an international setting. The role focuses on transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with emphasis on shareholder reporting and performance analysis.

The successful candidate will translate complex data for English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.
• Solid experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.

• Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
• Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by providing high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis within an international business environment. The role will play a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner, delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. They will also have deep knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, procedures within Chinese culture and protocol.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
• Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency.
• Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience in shareholder reporting and exposure to executive-level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.
