Wooclap offers a six-month full-time internship as Finance officer, supporting the VP Finance and Financial Controller in Brussels. You will assist with monthly reports, financial analysis, accounts receivable, and budgeting tasks, while maintaining organized records and documentation.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting, fluent in French with good English, detail-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid setup with one day of home-working per

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and good knowledge of English (speaking and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google, particularly Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Assist with financial analysis (total billings, product recognised, etc.).
• Assist with accounts receivable, including processing invoices.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including annual budget prep and tracking spending.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Document finance processes.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.
