FleishmanHillard Brussels is seeking a committed Assistant Accountant intern to support the Finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks in a dynamic consultancy environment.

The role offers flexible hybrid working across office and home, starting asap, part-time or full-time depending on availability, and mentoring from experienced professionals as you build a foundation in finance operations for an international network.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist with client invoicing preparation and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Help track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and update internal records
• Assist with expense reporting and compliance checks
• Support monthly closing activities such as reconciliations and data verification
• Help maintain organised and accurate financial files and documentation
