ZTE Corporation in Brussels is seeking a Finance Intern to join the Finance Department for 12 months (or CIP Apprenticeship) with 20 hours/week. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in invoice processing, payments, and tax preparation.

Candidates are current students in finance or accounting, fluent in Chinese and English, with French or Dutch as a plus, and able to commute to Brussels.

? Paid internship: Compliant with Belgian statutory wage standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Invoice Processing: Learn how to ensure the proper handling of received invoices and expense documents.
• 2.Payment process: Assisting the payment process.
• 3.Tax Preparation: Study and understand various tax types and assist in their correct handling.
• 4.Assist in completing various data organization and document organization tasks.
• 5.Comprehensive Administration: Assist the Finance Department in completing administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Competency Requirements

• 1.Current students majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields;
• 2.Priority will be given to candidates residing in Brussels with easy access to the office for commuting;
• 3.Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
• 4.Sensitive to numbers;
• 5.Proficient in the use of basic computer software and office applications;
• 6.Internships lasting 6 to 12 months may commence in September or October 2026.
• 7.Candidates with prior internship or part-time experience in similar or administrative roles are preferred.
