mateco IT is looking for a Functional Analyst with a strong interest in finance processes and ERP systems. You will help translate business needs into smart solutions within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. No D365 experience yet?

No problem. If you understand finance processes and enjoy working between business and IT, we’ll support your growth through our internal Dynamics Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional analysis, business analysis, ERP support, or finance operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in ERP systems and process improvement.
• Familiar with agile ways of working.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process flows.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders, product owners, and developers.
• Support backlog management, testing, and solution delivery.
• Help improve systems, workflows, and user experience.
