Lotus Bakeries in Belgium seeks a finance data analytics professional to join our Group Finance Transformation & Technology team. You will collect, validate and model financial data, build dashboards and drive automation initiatives across finance processes, while ensuring responsible use of AI and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in finance analytics, finance systems, BI or controlling.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, dashboards and data visualization.
• Awareness of generative AI and machine-learning use cases, including responsible-use principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights and maintain data quality.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders, aligning finance, data and technology.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate, structure and analyze financial and operational data; develop finance data models and dashboards.
• Support consolidation, reporting, planning and disclosure solutions in Group Finance Systems.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in finance processes, reports and controls.
• Develop and support responsible AI use cases for Group Finance with proper validation and governance.
• Translate finance requirements into clear functional specifications in collaboration with ICT or external partners.
• Promote data quality, master-data discipline and governance across the Group Finance landscape; provide documentation and training.
