You will partner closely with your respective PDM‑group to drive P&L accountability ensuring informed decision‑making at every level of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor cash and working capital and initiate appropriate actions to optimise liquidity and financial health.
  • Generate ad‑hoc reports to management that are timely, accurate, and tailored to specific business needs.
  • Perform periodic reviews of work in progress (WIP), ensure accurate, transparent, and up‑to‑date WIP positions, and proactively address variances.
Financial Analysis & Business Advisory

  • Provide insights into direct cost evolution, supporting the business in understanding cost drivers and improving margins.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, providing strategic recommendations to operational leaders.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate operational initiatives, quantifying financial impact and return on investment.
  • Continuously improve service level and enhance the added value of analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Financial Governance & Process Excellence
  • Design and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the business.
  • Maintain quality, integrity, and consistency in all financial activities and deliverables.
Digital Transformation & Change Management
  • Support and drive digital initiatives by contributing to the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of solutions impacting financials and reporting thereof.
  • Ensure effective rollout and user adoption of new financial solutions through training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of global delivery and reporting structures, enabling improved transparency and performance insights across delivery models.
