Joulz Belgium is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to own core finance and accounting processes and to grow into a central finance role within the Belgian organisation.

You will contribute to monthly reporting, budgeting and process automation while collaborating with the Belgian team and external partners. The role offers a hybrid work model with growth potential and a Brussels office base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• Strong motivation to build a career in finance, accounting and controlling.
• Accurate and structured way of working.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers and Excel.
• Curiosity to understand how a business works and how financial information supports decision-making.
• Ambition to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
• Good communication skills and confidence to engage with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and professionally proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• You take ownership of recurring finance administration and accounting follow-up, creating a reliable basis for further professionalisation.
• You help standardise and automate recurring finance processes so they become efficient, controlled and scalable.
• You support monthly performance reporting and the annual budget cycle, progressively building stronger controlling capabilities.
• You grow into a key finance contact for the Belgian organisation, with increasing ownership as your knowledge and experience develop.
