Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the entire Belgian territory. You will act as the company ambassador, interfacing with end users, dealers, workshops and the manufacturer.

After training, you will become the go-to expert for technical matters, warranty cases and complex equipment issues. You will work autonomously under the After-Sales Service Director, with significant travel, hands-on fieldwork and ongoing training sessions both on-site and at the manufacturer's facilities

Qualifications

• Strong skills in hydraulics, electromechanics and electronics.
• Solid technical education with significant field experience.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; driving license category B.
• Able to quickly analyze breakdowns and propose solutions.
• Experience with lifting equipment or mobile/industrial machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to workshops and dealer network.
• Intervene at customer sites for personalised follow-up and solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Manage warranty claims and act as technical reference.
• Report issues to After-Sales Director to improve processes.
• Commission equipment, perform testing and customer handovers.
• Deliver technical training sessions for staff and dealers.
• Maintain close contact with manufacturer for best practices.
