Tetra Pak in Belgium seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join our Services Organization. You will travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and installation tasks, using TPMS tools, and document service activities.

Based in GrootBijgaarden, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work within a safety‑conscious, customer‑focused team in a global environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/vocational training is required.
• Experience is preferred but not required (up to 1 year).
• Valid Category B driver’s license is required.

Job Description

Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Belgium.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance. In this position, you will be travelling extensively in Belgium, and occasionally support other markets abroad; Benelux regions.

You will be based in GrootBijgaarden, Belgium and report to Service Delivery Manager.

What You Will Do

Travel to customer sites to:

• Execute preventive maintenance and installation tasks of moderate complexity


• Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to report and document service activities


• Interpret technical documentation and follow global procedures


• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery


• Maintain a clean, safe work environment


• Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

Profile Description

We believe you have

• A high school, vocational school or technical diploma with hands‑on technical training


• Up to 1 year of experience in maintenance or installation work


• A valid Category B driver’s license is required


• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time (can be edited based on market)


• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable


• A customer‑focused attitude and a drive to improve


• A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills


• A proactive, safety‑first approach
