The ideal candidate has deep Clean Track experience, a relevant engineering qualification, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Japanese for effective cross‑site communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Clean Track tools.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics).
• Experience as Field Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese for cross‑border collaboration.
• Experience liaising with teams in Japan.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and administrative support for installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and optimise complex equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate engineering change upgrades at the customer site.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accurate technical records and reports.
