TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Benelux region. This is a home-based role covering the Netherlands and the Flemish region of Belgium with frequent travel to customer sites.

You will perform field service activities including commissioning, start-up, testing, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of TOMRA Recycling systems across Europe. Strong communication and English proficiency are required; Dutch/Flemish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany, Netherlands and Belgium (approx. 80%).
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Perform field service activities including commissioning, start-up, testing, integration and maintenance of TOMRA Sorting systems across Benelux.
• Prepare detailed service reports to share knowledge across the organization.
• Provide on-site training to customer maintenance and service teams.
• Deliver technical support via phone and respond to customer issues in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to provide technical expertise.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of TOMRA Sorting systems to maximize customer satisfaction.
