Edwards, part of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support the Vacuum Technique Service program across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and broader Europe. Role involves extensive travel, including overnight stays, to deliver on-site service and build trusted customer relationships.

You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Edwards products, mentor colleagues, and document activities in our workflows while ensuring safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronics discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a field service role, customer-facing preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Fluent English required; French and Dutch desirable.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products to the highest standards.
• Travel extensively across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with overnight stays and some European travel.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Lead advanced fault-finding and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all activities.
• Mentor team members and deliver training to customers.
• Accurately document service activities and use Edwards systems to manage workflows.
