Edwards Leuven is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site service for Edwards Vacuum and Abatement equipment. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and support customers to ensure uptime and safe operation, reporting to the Operations Manager.
You will learn and grow within the role, advancing to more complex product ranges after training, using SMA data, CMS escalations, and reporting for informed decisions.
Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers' equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.
The mission and purpose of the Field Service Engineer is to provide best in class technical support to customers for semiconductor products to ensure system and product safety, uptime, and availability in support for our customers productivity to improve their satisfaction.
The Field Service Engineer accomplishes this mission by performing complex customer support activities including but not limited to installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance tasks of Edwards Vacuum- and Abatement equipment and systems to ensure proper working order.
