Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Leuven to deliver on-site service for Edwards vacuum and abatement equipment. You will install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring high uptime and safety for customers.

You will use the Edwards SMA and related processes, escalating issues when needed, and advancing to more complex product ranges after training. Strong cooperation with teammates and a commitment to SHE practices are essential.

Qualifications

• University-level or formal qualification in a mechanical or electronics discipline.
• Field service experience preferred, especially customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer focus and alignment with Edwards processes.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products to achieve FTFR >95%, with high customer satisfaction.
• Use Edwards processes, SMA data, and CMS escalations to support customers and report outcomes.
• Set up and maintain software on Edwards equipment, perform basic analytics and fault-finding.
• Work safely with team members, following SHE practices and risk controls.
• Learn and grow to handle more complex product ranges after training.
• Provide clear feedback and concise reports to line manager and technical support.
