SIXT Benelux seeks a Senior Professional Operational Performance & Processes to join the Operational Excellence team. You will monitor KPIs on turnaround and damage, visit branches for hands-on guidance, and translate data into concrete actions to hit targets across Benelux.

You will also support vendor management and tender processes, coaching staff on damage procedures, and reporting to HQ and area leaders. This role combines analytics with field leadership in mobility services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an operational, logistics or branch role; mobility or automotive sector is a plus.
• Comfortable with KPIs and dashboards; translate numbers into concrete actions.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs for Benelux branches.
• Conduct regular branch visits to observe processes, provide hands-on guidance.
• Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support management of operational vendors and assist in tender coordination.
• Coach branch staff on damage check-in/check-out procedures and systems.
• Prepare structured performance reports for management and HQ insights.
