Concurrent seeks a Field Application Engineer to interface with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to define and use our VPX-based solutions. You will act as a team leader, collaborating with application engineers to ensure prompt and proper technical support across customer sites in the US.

The role requires hands-on embedded engineering knowledge, pre- and post-sales support, and frequent travel to customer sites on short notice. Office-based with close customer interaction.

The Role

Reporting into the Technical Support Director, as a Field Application Engineer, you will be interfacing with our customers, project managers, and their engineering teams to assist in the definition and use of our solutions such as our single-board computers or systems.

You will also act as a team leader working closely with other application engineers to ensure that prompt and proper technical support is provided to our customers.

What will I be delivering?

This Role Will Consist Of Two Major Functions

• Face-to-face customer support acting as a technical expert.
• Team leader to help strengthen the team in our US office.

This is a fast-paced role where it is critical to be commercially aware as well as customer focused and will be an office-based role with travel to customer sites at short notice.
