Concurrent Inc. seeks a Field Application Engineer to work with customers, project managers and engineering teams to define and support our VPX-based solutions, including rugged single-board computers and systems for defense and aerospace contexts.
You will lead a small applications team, provide pre- and post-sales support, and travel to customer sites on short notice, coordinating with our US office to ensure timely, technically sound solutions and customer satisfaction.

Reporting into the Technical Support Director, as a Field Application Engineer, you will be interfacing with our customers, project managers, and their engineering teams to assist in the definition and use of our solutions such as our single-board computers or systems.
You will also act as a team leader working closely with other application engineers to ensure that prompt and proper technical support is provided to our customers.
This is a fast-paced role where it is critical to be commercially aware as well as customer focused and will be an office-based role with travel to customer sites at short notice.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
