Job summary

Wyre, a new infrastructure company backed by Telenet and Fluvius, is building a regional fiber design team in Antwerp. You will craft scalable fiber networks and support capacity upgrades, relocations and moves, collaborating with partners to deliver accurate designs on time.

A bachelor’s in telecom or construction engineering is expected, with GIS experience and strong planning skills. You will travel within the Antwerp region and to the Mechelen HQ as needed, contributing to a high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecom or construction engineering.
• 3–4 years of FTTH design experience.
• Willingness to travel within Antwerp region and Mechelen HQ.
• Dutch: fluent; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize a scalable, future-proof FTTH fiber network.
• Support capacity upgrades and fiber moves with minimal customer impact.
• Provide expert fiber advice to regional operations and project managers.
• Ensure designs follow guidelines and are well documented.
