ScioTeq BV seeks a Facility & EHS Manager to ensure smooth operation of our facilities and a safe, efficient work environment. You will manage the day-to-day facility operations, lead safety initiatives, and coordinate with external contractors to drive cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate with external contractors and project leaders.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operation of the facility, including facility helpdesk, general building maintenance, and security.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders; effective communication and negotiation are crucial.
• Lead project management: planning and follow-up on achievements, including financial review.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts with suppliers and support procurement in negotiations.
• Administer maintenance contracts to uphold quality and functionality of facilities.
• Oversee building and property management to ensure a safe, clean, efficient work environment.
• Lead space planning aligned with company objectives to optimize resources.
• Supervise facility & EHS staff and report to the Director Operations.
