ScioTeq is seeking a Facility & EHS Manager to ensure smooth operations of our facilities and to create a safe, accessible and well planned environment. You will lead day-to-day facility operations, manage budgets and coordinate with external contractors, reporting to the Director Operations.

The role demands a technical master’s degree and 5+ years in facility management with strong Dutch/English communication; French skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• A technical master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years of facility management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, etc.).
• Experience as environmental coordinator is a plus.
• Excellent Dutch and English; basic French is a plus.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate with external contractors and project leaders.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day facility operations including helpdesk, maintenance, security.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; lead negotiations.
• Plan and follow up on projects, including financial review.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts and support procurement.
• Administer maintenance contracts to ensure quality and function.
• Oversee building and property management for a safe, clean environment.
• Space planning aligned with company objectives to optimize resources.
• Lead facility & EHS staff and ensure operational excellence.
• Report to the Director Operations.
