Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in a logistics environment. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Shift Leader/Coordinator to execute daily maintenance tasks on equipment and building facilities, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, Sorter, ASRS and related machinery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office is requested.
• General low voltage panel knowledge (‘TGBT’).
• Knowledge in hydraulics and automation.
• Knowledge of the conveying systems.
• Siemens S7 knowledge.
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Maintenance operations on tools and building facilities per preventive plan.
• Fluent in French, good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Shift Leader/Coordinator on daily activities and perform maintenance tasks on tools and building facilities.
• Execute maintenance operations and repair of buildings and equipment (conveyors, Sorter, ASRS, etc.).
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists and maintain maintenance records.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Interact with Help Desk Support for problem resolution.
• Manage Coopervision stock of spare parts and support logistics.
