Job summary

Digital Talent Hunters is seeking a Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician to join the Technical & Maintenance team in a high-tech, automated warehouse.

You will diagnose faults, keep machinery running, and support packaging equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and PLC fault diagnosis is a plus; safety and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate in Electromechanics or related field.
• A2 Diploma with 5+ years experience as troubleshooting technician in automated environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-tech, automated warehouse equipment in collaboration with the Technical & Maintenance team.
• Ensure safety, reliability and continuous operation of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain and monitor automation systems, robots, conveying systems and packaging equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Perform fast interventions for unexpected failures and analyse faults to ensure continuity.

For an innovative company operating a high-tech, automated warehouse, we are looking for a Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician to join the Technical & Maintenance team.

Your responsibilities:

• Join the Technical & Maintenance team and share responsibility for maintaining a high-tech, automated warehouse.
• Work closely with fellow technicians to ensure the safety, reliability and continuous operation of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain and monitor automation systems, robots, conveying systems and packaging equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Perform fast, targeted interventions when unexpected technical failures occur.
• Analyse technical faults and help ensure the continuity of the automated systems.

Your profile:

You have one of the following qualifications:

• A Professional Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Electromechanics, Maintenance Technology or a related technical field.

Or:

• An A2 diploma in Electromechanics, or an equivalent technical qualification, combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a troubleshooting technician in an automated environment.

In addition:

• You have strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics and pneumatics.
• You can read and interpret technical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PLC controls and fault diagnosis is a major advantage.
• Experience in maintaining and adjusting packaging machines, such as carton erectors, printers and labelling machines, is a strong asset.
• You have a practical, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• You work well in a team and understand the importance of safety and operational continuity.
