Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a Facilities Manager for Central Utilities to lead daily operation, safety and reliability of CU facilities on the Beerse site. You will mentor a team of supervisors, technicians and operators, driving improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this role you own on-site energy sources (including geothermal), manage budgets, coordinate CAPEX and collaborate with Business & Engineering to deliver safe, sustainable and cost-effective utilities services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience, preferably within utilities, maintenance or process industry.
• Broad knowledge of Facilities management, energy and utilities and water systems.
• Inspiring and encouraging leader who can mentor and empower people.
• Open mind and ability to incorporate standard methodologies and technological innovations.
• Understanding AI concepts and frameworks, with experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Drive safe and efficient daily operation and follow-up of the Central Utilities facilities on the Beerse site.
• Solve problems related to installations and systems impacting safety, environment, reliability, or cost.
• Act as system owner for all technical installations within scope.
• Mentor and develop the team including supervisors, work preparers, technicians and operators.
• Ensure a high-quality technical environment with strong reliability and safety standards.
