Obsolete Site is seeking personnel for a full-time role focused on maintaining grounds and safety procedures on a military installation. Duties include debris removal at entrances, weather-related upkeep, and documentation of safety drills with youth.

The position requires English communication skills, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred for larger vehicles), and prior experience in related maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English to perform duties safely.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license to operate a 15 passenger vehicle.
• Requires a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to operate a 24 passenger vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Performs minor grounds maintenance: entrances/exits clear of debris; sidewalks iced/snow-free; surfaces under playgrounds maintained.
• Keeps buildings, grounds and utilities up to standards; may perform related tasks.
• Conducts and documents monthly bus evacuation drills with children/youth, per procedures.
• Reports obvious hazards, malfunctioning equipment, damaged materials, and safety issues to supervisor.
• Work both indoors and outdoors; may drive outside in various weather within a military installation; exposure to dirt, fumes, and kitchen setting hazards.
