KCN is seeking a Campground Maintenance Technician to handle general upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Reports to the General Manager and participates in safety programs and guest services.

Responsibilities include repairs, preventive maintenance, and assisting with housekeeping as needed; must be able to lift heavy loads and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
Propane and gasoline dispensing knowledge.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance to campground facilities and grounds as directed.
Implement daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and cleaning programs (pool/spa, lawn, landscaping, garbage, etc.).
Comply with safety programs (KOA, federal/state/local) and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
Provide superior customer service by being attentive and helpful to guests; report issues to management.
Assist with Housekeeping or Guest Services duties as needed.
