Holcim Belgium seeks a Manager of Cantillana Façade to oversee the operational implementation and daily management, ensuring adherence to group guidelines and strategic framework. The role drives operational excellence, sustainable local growth, and profitability with full P&L responsibility.

You will manage daily operations and logistics, coordinate customer service for optimized processes, strengthen client relationships in Belgium, and lead cross-functional teams to align with group policies

Qualifications

• Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in construction, coatings, or industrial sector with local operations management.
• Proven track record in managing teams and daily operations.
• Multilingual: fluent Dutch, French, and English.
