Holcim Belgium is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead the strategic sourcing and procurement excellence at the Nivelles site. You will drive cost optimization, governance, and supplier relations while partnering with Finance, Operations and Senior Management to align priorities with business goals.

This role demands strong leadership, change management, and financial acumen, with fluency in French and Dutch to negotiate and coordinate with local and corporate stakeholders.

• Experience defining procurement strategies with measurable cost optimization.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Operations and Senior Management.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the overall procurement strategy using rigorous financial indicators to optimize costs and create sustainable value across all categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and transformation projects regarding tools, processes, and governance to maximize operational performance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, and Senior Management to align procurement priorities with business goals.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and build strong supplier relationships to secure the value chain and foster innovation.
• Manage, develop, and empower procurement teams to establish a performance-driven culture with accountability.
• Leverage senior procurement leadership alongside strong financial mastery (P&L analysis, spend analysis) to drive data-based strategic decisions.
• Master strategic sourcing practices and change management methodologies in complex industrial environments.
• Communicate fluently in French and Dutch (with English as a strong asset) to negotiate and align with stakeholders.
• Influence senior executives and unite cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
• Combine a clear strategic vision with a results-oriented mindset to consistently achieve targets.
