Verhaert On-Site Consulting seeks a Maintenance Engineer to bridge hands-on engineering with technical operations in a fabrication environment. You will lead preventive maintenance, streamline technical administration, and ensure peak equipment availability and safety.
You will support FAB projects, author SOPs, manage supplier coordination, and oversee warehouse logistics to minimize downtime while maintaining compliance.
Qualifications
- Master degree in electromechanics or related field; strong technical background required.
- Analytical and reporting skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical/electrical/electronic systems.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance for maintenance activities.
Responsabilités
- Plan, execute, and document preventive maintenance for complex FAB equipment.
- Perform root-cause analysis and hands-on resolution of failures.
- Manage critical software configurations and backups for tool control PCs.
- Author and maintain SOPs for maintenance procedures and operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and control procurement schedules for parts.
- Oversee logistics including warehouse inventory, packaging, and uncrating of equipment.
