Verhaert | On-site Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Project Engineer to bridge hands-on engineering execution with operations management on FAB equipment in Belgium. You will lead preventive maintenance routines, perform on-site troubleshooting, and drive tool control data management and SOP documentation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills are required, with hands-on problem solving and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset for performance metrics and reporting.
Hands-on problem solving with electromechanical systems.
Knowledge of safety practices and risk assessment.
Ability to analyze equipment faults and implement corrective actions.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Plan, prepare, execute, and document preventive maintenance routines for FAB equipment.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electromechanical systems.
Manage software configurations and back up tool control PCs for data integrity.
Support cross-functional FAB optimization projects and tool integrations.
Develop and maintain SOPs for maintenance and operations.
Analyze equipment performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors as the technical contact and manage procurement schedules.
Oversee parts ordering, packaging, and warehouse inventory related to maintenance.
