COREcruitment Ltd presents an exciting opportunity for an F&B Director in Brussels to oversee pre-opening strategy and the launch of a multi-outlet hospitality concept. You will partner with leadership to drive revenue, control costs, and craft compelling nightlife programming.

The role requires hands-on leadership across concept development, supplier negotiations, and high-volume service, with an emphasis on delivering a standout culinary and experiential destination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as F&B Director or F&B Manager in a large lifestyle hotel or 4-5 star in Brussels.
• Strong operator with a solid F&B background—pragmatic and creative.
• Deep knowledge of Brussels hotel, restaurant and bar scene and local labour market.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-opening strategy, critical path planning, and on-time delivery for all F&B outlets.
• Own F&B revenue generation, labour productivity, and cost control in line with budgets.
• Develop new F&B concepts and participate in hotel programming, nightlife and events.
