The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to join its Executive Team. You will hold full strategic and operational responsibility for the F&B division, leading all restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will recruit, mentor, and manage senior F&B managers, driving cost control, revenue growth, and service excellence across high-volume operations in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in a senior F&B leadership role (F&B Director, Senior F&B Manager, or equivalent).
• Experience in a Lifestyle Hotel or large 4–5 star hotel in Brussels/Benelux.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end F&B operations for all outlets, events, and banqueting.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing F&B team through recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations (HACCP) and maintain budgetary control and profitability.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to drive innovative and commercially successful concepts.
